Helabet's sports betting terms govern all prematch and live bets placed on events covered by Helabet. By placing a bet, the customer agrees to these terms, the applicable market descriptions, and any notices presented on Helabet's platform. The rules below apply to all markets unless the market description states an exception.
The outcome of a market is settled when the official result is determined by the competent sports authority or competition organizer. If an outright market is decided by an official announcement, Helabet may void bets placed after the announcement. If a match is not completed and is decided by the referee or official decision, settlement follows the official source. If the announcement is made more than 48 hours after the match end and undecided bets have been treated as undecided, settlement will stand as void; this exception does not apply to specific player specials as described in the market terms. Where no decision is reached before the end of normal duration, markets settle on the result at the conclusion of standard time, unless the market description states otherwise. Markets including overtime or other deciders settle in accordance with the market description.
If an event has not started or is postponed, bets may remain valid if the event starts within 48 hours from the originally scheduled kickoff. If the event is not resumed within 48 hours, Helabet reserves the right to void all bets on the affected event and refund stakes. If an event is abandoned after its start and is continued within 48 hours, bets remain valid and are settled according to the resumed result. If continuation does not occur within 48 hours, markets settled on play from the initial event are voided and bets on other markets may be refunded. For two-legged ties, only markets related to the postponed leg are void; outright markets remain subject to their own settlement rules regardless of postponement or abandonment.
Helabet reserves the right not to accept all or part of a bet without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded. Before an event starts, Helabet may void or cancel part or all of a bet, even after acceptance, without providing a reason. After an event begins, Helabet may void or cancel part or all of a bet, including after settlement, for valid reasons such as a palpable error in event wording or odds, attempts to bypass limits, exploitation of public announcements or insider information, combined related bets, participant involvement, technical errors, or other valid grounds communicated to the customer upon request.
If Helabet suspects fraud or manipulation for a sporting event, Helabet may keep certain bets unsettled, inform regulatory or governing bodies, await verdicts, and settle or void bets in accordance with the authorities’ findings. Helabet may implement additional controls or suspend markets where integrity concerns arise.
Any decision by VAR that contradicts the original on-pitch decision, or that alters the state of play at the time of bet placement, may render bets placed within the period affected by VAR as void, unless the odds offered for the specific bet are unaffected or already accounted for. Settlement of unrelated bets not affected by the VAR decision remains in line with the final official result. VAR is treated as having occurred at the moment of the original incident for settlement purposes, even if the play was not interrupted at the time of the incident.
Helabet applies two-decimal truncation to displayed odds. Total odds are calculated with a sixth decimal rounding, and the total winning amount is truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy is a function of these rounding rules. The maximum time frame between the initial settlement of a betslip and any potential re-settlement is 30 days.
Supported formats for prematch and live bets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. For formats outside the 50–90 minute range, all markets are voided; for 3x30, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by two. Outright markets (short and long term) are subject to a play-or-pay rule: bets on listed participants stand even if a listed participant cannot take part, in which case the market settles as a loss. Head-to-head markets exclude this adaptation; if a listed participant is absent, related H2H markets are void. If a participant is replaced within the same team, team markets remain valid while individual market bets on the original participant may be voided.
Scorer-related bets (First, Last, Anytime Scorer) apply to regular time only. Own goals are treated as not counting toward scorer bets unless an own goal is explicitly ignored in the market description. First Goalscorer is VOID if the player never competes or enters after the first goal; Last Goalscorer is VOID if the player never competes. Anytime Goalscorer applies to any participating player regardless of entry time. If a match is abandoned after at least one scorer has occurred, bets on the first goalscorer may apply while last goalscorer bets are void. In such cases, the Anytime Goalscorer bet on the relevant player may stand as winner, with other players’ bets voided.
Baseball (MLB and other leagues): Moneyline is deemed settled when the official is satisfied that the game is complete under the league’s rules, with the following thresholds: at least five completed innings, or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead. If not met, Moneyline bets are void. For other markets, the standard innings thresholds apply for being considered decided. Pitcher-line (PL) markets are void if the listed starting pitcher changes; bets on pitcher's line reflect the action line if the PL indicator is not visible on the slip. Basketball playoff or cup ties resolved over multiple games with aggregate scores follow the stated settlement rules for such formats, including handling of draws and overtime as described in the market description.
Helabet may communicate changes or clarifications related to markets via the customer’s registered contact methods. Each customer bears the risk associated with their bets and should review events, market descriptions, and timelines prior to stake placement. Helabet reserves all rights not expressly stated herein as permitted by applicable law.
